Powerset: He has the ability to create a random manifestation of power with each hand, one at a time, with no discernible pattern to their occurrence. These manifestation could literally be anything. Create an elemental force, transform, transmorph, or wield uncharted energies.

Steve was the one Clinton House Boy who embraced and celebrated his powers, and has never really stopped loving them. When the teenagers’ team fell apart, he did all he could to continue costuming and using the powers for good. Steve has always been the abrasive, brash, and impulsive kid who still ‘got the girl,’ much to the mystery of his teammates.
