Laura had already left her parents and her little sister Carla behind by the time The Clinton House Boys moved into the dorm next door. Yet the house she grew up in was the first place her then-fiancee fled with the stolen formula that started the adventure known as The Power Principle. Since then, she’s married the man who had her fiancee killed, having loved him all along, then maneuvered into his position of authority and funded Department REBUS with her resources. How she got Langston to be her director, or what motivated her to work on the side of the angels is a story yet untold.
