Powerset: Inverts light from his body, resulting in a glasslike glow. Projects supercondensed plasmic heat that scorches carbon into blobs that he can craft into crude objects or shields. Able to fly by using the supercondensed plasma as exhaust.
Dominic “Nicky” Barnes is one of the top cartoonists in a world full of top cartoonists, fighting to stay relevant. And yes, he can fly — but ain’t nobody got time for that. Nicky hung up his capes 30 years ago when heroing got his friend killed, and he’s tried not to look back.
