Powerset: Carla has the ability to channel life energy, such that it is. She can sense the spark that animates organic material, be it flesh or vegetable, and manipulate it. This most notably means that she is able to bring dead things back to life.

Carla was the proverbial Girl Next Door to the The Clinton House Boys. She met them when they moved into their dorm house, as she had seen many other students do before them. But the year that her parents allowed her to date was the year Steve Bonneville moved in. When asked what drew her to Steve out of the five boys, she finds herself at a loss. She wonders if it wasn’t just his persistence.
